Requirements:
- Client orientation;
- Knowledge of English at least Intermediate level;
- Experience in the hotel (reception and accommodation service);
- Knowledge of OPERA PMS program;
- Knowledge of cash discipline;
- Personal qualities: competent speech, knowledge of the basics of business etiquette, sociability, responsibility, stress tolerance, attentiveness, positive attitude, benevolence, smile;
Responsibilities:
Providing a high level of service, namely:
- Reception, registration and accommodation of hotel guests;
- Prompt resolution of guests' questions and requests in accordance with the hotel's internal standards;
- Conflict prevention and resolution;
- Registration of foreign citizens in the Federal Migration Service Contour;
- Settlements with guests. Performing transactions with cash and credit cards, by wire transfer;
- Working with the OPERA hotel program;
- Providing information about the hotel's services;
- Handling requests and complaints from guests;
- Reporting within the scope of competence;
- Receiving and distributing incoming calls and documentation;
Conditions:
- Registration under the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, "white" salary, payment 2 times a month;
