Consent to the processing of personal data of site users

I, the subject of personal data _______________________ (full name) _________________________, give my consent to Russian Forest LLC, RedPoint Hotel, located at the address: 350005, Krasnodar, st. Congressnaya d.4, for processing with the following conditions:

1. This Consent is given to the processing of personal data, both without the use of automation tools, and with their use.

2. Consent is given to the processing of my following personal data:

Personal Information:

Full Name,
citizenship,
series and number of the passport,
contact phone numbers,
E-mail address,
bank account information.

3. Personal data is not publicly available.

4. The purpose of processing personal data: Compliance with the requirements of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, federal laws and other regulatory legal acts, internal acts of Russian Forest LLC, for the fulfillment of rights and obligations that have arisen in connection with the provision of hotel services to customers.

5. The basis for the processing of personal data are: Art. 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation; Article 6 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.

6. In the course of processing personal data, the following actions will be performed: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction .

7. The transfer of personal data to third parties is carried out on the basis of the legislation of the Russian Federation, an agreement with the participation of the subject of personal data or with the consent of the subject of personal data.

8. Personal data is processed until the termination of hotel services by Russky Les LLC, after which personal data is stored on the basis of Federal Law No. 125-FZ “On Archiving in the Russian Federation” dated October 22, 2004 and other regulatory legal acts relating to archiving and archival storage in the Russian Federation

9. Consent may be withdrawn by the subject of personal data or his representative by sending a written application to Russian Forest LLC or his representative at the address indicated at the beginning of this Consent.

10. In the event that the subject of personal data or his representative withdraws consent to the processing of personal data, Russkiy Les LLC has the right to continue processing personal data without the consent of the subject of personal data if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2-11 of part 1 of article 6, part 2 of article 10 and Part 2 of Article 11 of the Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated June 26, 2006

11. This consent is valid all the time until the termination of the processing of personal data specified in clauses 8 and 9 of this Consent.
